How borrowing works

Choose your card
Pick the Borrower's Card for digital access, or the Curator's Card to add a monthly parcel.

Pay via Yoco
Secure South African checkout. Pay for one month or commit to a bundle and save.
III
Open the portal
Your reading shelf unlocks immediately. Curator parcels ship Pudo locker-to-locker each month.
A few notes from the librarian
Frequently asked
› Are virtual memberships the same as joining the in-person club?
No — the in-person club is invitation/application only and meets in Johannesburg. Virtual memberships are open to anyone and grant access to the monthly digital shelf (plus the Curator parcel).
› How does the monthly renewal work?
Yoco doesn't auto-charge cards. Five days before your card expires we send a reminder; you renew with one click and your access extends another month. Pick a 3, 6 or 12-month bundle if you'd rather not think about it.
› Where does the Curator's parcel ship from and to?
South Africa, via Pudo locker-to-locker. You choose your preferred locker at checkout and Rachel drops the parcel each month. International curator delivery isn't available yet.
› Can I cancel?
Yes — at any time. You keep access until the end of your paid period and you won't be re-charged.
